XLI Corporation
Breaks Ground for New Facility
(Rochester, New York) Mr. Peter Schott, President of

ceremonies were held on Thursday October 21, 2004 for
the construction of a new 32,000 square foot corporate
headquarters and manufacturing operations center at 55
Vanguard Parkway in the city of Rochester, NY. The four
acre site, formerly a "brownfield" with no development,
will be revitalized by the project and provide room for
future expansion. The new facility, which will be
located in an Empire Zone, is expected to open in the
third quarter of 2004.
Rochester Mayor William
A. Johnson, Jr., the keynote speaker for the event,
recognized XLI Corporation's decision to remain in the
city and expand operations here. He also spotlighted the
cooperation among city, county, and corporate sectors
that helped make the expansion possible.
