XLI Corporation
Successfully Integrates Quality Tolerance, Inc.
(Rochester, New York)
Peter Schott, President of XLI Corporation today
announced the successful integration of the recently
purchased Quality Tolerance, Inc. (QTI) into its
operations. QTI, located at 15 Marway Circle in Gates,
now operates as the Quality Tolerance Division of XLI
Corporation (XLI) under the direction of Division
Manager Matt Minoia.
Peter Schott said “The acquisition of QTI provided an
opportunity to grow the business in a variety of
different areas.” “XLI was able to quickly integrate
QTI’s skilled workforce, equipment, and capabilities for
larger diameter rotational machining with our existing
operations.”
“QTI provided a list of current customers and projects
that are complementary to our existing business.” said
Schott. “The acquisition also provided new relationships
with former Sales Representatives of QTI and allowed us
to expand into different geographic markets.”
