Gains ITAR Registration

(Rochester, New York) XLI Corporation is pleased to announce that the United States Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance has approved the company’s ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registration. Companies that are involved in the manufacture or export of products subject to ITAR are required to register. Effective November 21, 2008 XLI Corporation attained ITAR registration and was assigned registration code M23942.

The ITAR registration demonstrates XLI Corporation's continued commitment to serve current customers and develop additional business in the homeland security, firearms and defense markets.
